How the hard copy data (Booking Form) is used, shared and stored?
The booking form, which gives us your name, address, telephone number and e mail address, is only used to ensure a correct booking takes place.
The data on the form is not shared with anyone. The form, which is acting as an invoice, is given to our Treasurer with payment and kept until the accounts are accepted. The forms are stored for the statutory period and then destroyed.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company news, or as otherwise necessary to contact you, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
