Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our products and services to you. Your enquiry data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How the hard copy data (Booking Form) is used, shared and stored?


The booking form, which gives us your name, address, telephone number and e mail address, is only used to ensure a correct booking takes place.
The data on the form is not shared with anyone. The form, which is acting as an invoice, is given to our Treasurer with payment and kept until the accounts are accepted. The forms are stored for the statutory period and then destroyed.

How do we communicate with you?


We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company news, or as otherwise necessary to contact you, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

In accordance with the GDPR, we must inform you that we are using cookies on this site.
